دیوار سوپرهیتریک کلاس ویژه از سوپر بخاری است.گاهی اوقات بخشی از سطح فوق داغ باید در کوره مناسب قرار گیرد.در این کاربردها از سطح فوق گرم کننده دیوار استفاده می شود.یک سوپر بخاری دیواری در اصل یک صفحه تخت از لوله های متصل است که یا تا حد امکان به دیواره غشای کوره آویزان است یا بخشی از کوره را تشکیل می دهد.گاهی اوقات دیوارهای جانبی پشتی یک سطح فوق گرم را تشکیل می دهند.به طور معمول ، سوپرهیترهای دیواری اولین سوپر بخاری بعد از طبل بخار یا جالبترین سوپر بخاری هستند.

کارکرد
این سوپر بخاری دارای دو قسمت است ، گرمکن اصلی و بخاری ثانویه.سوپر بخاری اولیه اولین بخاری است که پس از خروج بخار از درام بخار از طریق بخار عبور می کند.
پس از گرم شدن بخار روی بخاری فوق اصلی ، بخار بخار روی سوپرهیتر ثانویه منتقل می شود تا دوباره گرم شود.بنابراین در بخار سوپر بخاری ثانویه داغترین بخار در بین سایر بخارها ایجاد می شود.
بخار از سوپر بخاری ثانویه که تبدیل به بخار فوق گرم می شود.بخار SH برای چرخاندن توربین فشار قوی جریان می یابد و سپس فشار و دما کاهش می یابد.
