HRSG شامل لوله دیگ بخار ، پوشش دود متحرک ، دودکش دهان کوره ، دودکش شیب دار 1 قسمت ، دودکش مورب 2 قسمت ، دودکش 1 بخش آخر ، دودکش 2 بخش آخر ، شکاف لوله تغذیه (لغزش تغذیه) ، دهانه اسلحه اکسیژن ، دستگاه مهر و موم ازت پلاگین مهر و موم نیتروژن ، منهول ، دستگاه استخراج فشار میکرو دیفرانسیل. تکیه گاه و آویز دودکش از تکیه گاه ها و آویزها تشکیل شده است.دیگ بخار حرارت زباله به مدارهای شش سیکل تقسیم می شود که هر یک از آنها از یک لوله در حال سقوط و یک لوله در حال افزایش تشکیل شده است. هر قسمت از منبع آب دودکش از لوله دیگ بخار به هدر پایین هر دودکش وارد می شود و وارد سطح گرم می شود. پس از عبور آب از سطح گرم کننده ، بخار در هدر ورودی تولید می شود و سپس دیگ بخار توسط رایزر وارد دیگ می شود.هر دودکش توسط فلنج متصل می شود.

HRSG با توجه به سوخت به دیگهای بخار حرارت ضایعات روغن ، دیگهای بخار حرارت اتلاف گاز ، دیگهای بخار حرارت ضایعات احتراق ذغال سنگ و دیگهای بخار حرارتی ضایعات متوسط خارجی تقسیم می شود.با توجه به استفاده ، می توان آن را به دیگهای بخار آب گرم گرما ، دیگ بخار بخار حرارت ، دیگهای بخار حامل حرارت آلی و غیره تقسیم کرد.
